About the Instructor

Jennifer is the Founder and Director of Bridge Financial Planning, providing fee-only financial planning & investing for today’s professionals. She began her career in financial services in 2000.  Throughout her career she has delivered advisory services to clients and their families & businesses. 

Ms. Harper is a 2001 graduate of the MBA program at UTC and in 2006 earned the Certified Financial Planner ® designation. She is a former adjunct instructor for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga College of Business, teaching Small Business Finance from 2014 through the spring of 2017.

Her current volunteer work includes board service with Common Cents Financial Literacy, Inc. (which she founded), and the Women’s Fund of Chattanooga. She is a member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Public Policy and Finance Committees, and is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) Professional Development & Education Committee. She is a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Chattanooga class.

About the Instructor

Jamie Ensely works in student outreach at EdSouth. Jamie is responsible for providing counselors, students and families in Southeast Tennessee with college and career planning information. He does this through day and evening presentations that cover a variety of topics including admissions, financial aid, and career planning.  Jamie joined the EdSouth Student Outreach Services team in March 2015. Prior to EdSouth, he worked as an Admissions Representative at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN from 2011-2015 and previously was at Hiwassee College in Madisonville, TN where he served in various roles in athletics and admissions from 2005-2011.  Jamie’s experience and relationships developed with students, their families, and with counselors makes him an outstanding resource.  He takes pride in learning and serving as a guide through the admissions and financial aid process with students and their families.  Jamie is currently finishing up his Doctorate of Education degree in Leadership and Professional Practice at Trevecca Nazarene University.

Jeff Lynn owns the Farmers Insurance Agency located in the Northshore area of Chattanooga specializing in Auto, home, life, renters, motorcycle, recreational, umbrella, business, and workers compensation insurance. He is originally from Dalton, Georgia and east Tennessee. Past jobs in restaurants and retail took him and his wife Brenda to North Carolina and Atlanta before settling back in Chattanooga in 2015. They have an adult son and two adult daughters. Jeff wants to be known as a trusted advisor for Chattanoogans’  insurance needs. His interests include spending time with family; active member of Sojourn Community Church, and exploring Chattanooga’s great restaurants and gathering spots.

Bruce Seigel is named community mortgage advisor at Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise. Seigel has 25 years of experience, most recently as senior mortgage advisor for Finance of America Mortgage in California. He comes to us with a diverse residential lending background including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Construction and Commercial/Investment property financing. He is joining the CNE lending team to expand our mortgage product portfolio.
